Before starting Jocourt in 2016, Joe spent over 14 years building up hands-on experience across the construction industry. After earning his Diploma of Building from Swinburne University, he worked with several respected builders, focusing on custom home designs and a wide range of residential projects — from single homes to developments of over 100 dwellings, including one, two, and three-storey builds.
Joe brings a well-rounded mix of project management, technical know-how, and a practical, solutions-focused mindset. Known for his attention to detail and down-to-earth approach, he takes pride in offering honest advice and adding real value to every project he takes on.

Courtney brings a wealth of experience from a range of industries, including a strong background in real estate and building. With a focus on executive support, office management, and customer service, she keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Highly organised, proactive, and our go-to for all things tech, Courtney plays a big role in keeping Jocourt on track and delivering the level of professionalism we’re proud of.
Together, Joe and Courtney share a genuine passion for building and lead the Jocourt team with care and dedication.
